If I were to choose three superpowers to fight crime with, I would choose the ability to raise the dead, teleportation, and telekinesis. I would be able to teleport so I could arrive at and stop any in the world in the blink of an eye. I would have telekinesis so I could stop someone by throwing them against a wall, create a shield out of random objects, and lift myself up to gain the power of flight. Lastly, I would have the ability to raise the dead so I could create an army of crime fighting undead to have at my disposal. I would also be able to resurrect anyone who may have died in a crime that I was  unable to prevent.

If I were to design my own private island, I would include the following. I would build a very large house with as many game consoles, computers, and 4k TVs as it would hold. I would have my own ice cream shop along with my own candy store. The would be a swimming pool with an attached hot tub. I would furnish the house the best furniture i could buy along with posters and collectables from movies and video games. I would have my own private library with as many books as I could read. Given the resources, i would also put dinosaurs on the island so i could have my very own jurassic park.
